Aquatech Amsterdam 2006:
now even more international
Aquatech Amsterdam 2006 was held from 26 to 29 September in Amsterdam RAI. A lively and positive atmosphere on the exhibition floor demonstrated that the show fully met the expectations of visitors and exhibitors alike.
Facts & figures:
fully booked Europa complex: 22,700 m2;
871 exhibitors from over 47 countries;
over 70% of the exhibitors came from outside the Netherlands;
more than 135 innovations and new products on display;
20,086 visits;
47% of the visitors came from outside the Netherlands;
 The number of international visitors to Aquatech Amsterdam was four percent higher than the previous edition in 2004. The non-Dutch attendees hailed from some 100 different countries. Countries that were particularly well represented among the visitors were, next to Holland’s nearest neighbours, Italy, Spain, Russia and the United States.
The next edition of Aquatech Amsterdam will be held in 2008 from September 30 up to and including October 3 in Amsterdam RAI.
